  • BTC - GEMS Modern Academy Auditorium

    This years BTC will be hosted by GEMS Modern Academy, Dubai's. The UAE partners for Design for Change. The school's auditorium provides a space for presentations and discussions, while the overall atmosphere fosters a spirit of learning and positive change that aligns with the conference's goals.

    GEMS Modern Academy is the only Dubai SME certified Incubation Center at a school in the middle east. This enables the school to take students ideas to market with funding from Dubai NEXT.

    GEMS Modern Academy is authorized by the International Baccalaureate to offer the Diploma Programme (Since 2014) and Primary Years Programme (Since 2021). In August 2021 Modern also received candidacy status for the Middle Years Programme (MYP) making Modern an IB World School offering dual pathways to students and their families to select from.

    KG to Grade 5 follows the IB Primary Years Programme. The PYP is designed for students aged 3 to 12. It focuses on the development of the whole child as an inquirer, both in the classroom and in the world outside. It is a framework guided by six transdisciplinary themes of global significance, explored using knowledge and skills derived from six subject areas, as well as transdisciplinary skills, with a powerful emphasis on reflection and action.

  • GPM - Venue -TBD

    The recommended hotels are located in Business Bay, Dubai, and Al Qusais. If the teams wish to book accommodations at other hotels within these areas, transportation will be provided to and from the hotels to the BTC and GPM venues. Please note that the GPM venue will be provided by the host and will be confirmed at a later date. We look forward to seeing you all at BTC 24 Dubai.
