Accomodation

 

For those availing accommodation at the National Olympic Venue, please be aware of the following:

  • Check-in time is between 15:00 and 22:00 only.
  • Rooms are reserved from 25th November to 1st December.
  • As this is a special accommodation facility (not a hotel), they will not be able to accommodate any requests for extended stays before or after these dates.
  • We recommend planning your arrival on 25th November during the daytime, to avoid a long wait before check-in begins.

  • Subsidized accomodation inside the venue (Recommended)

    There are 4 towers (Tower A-D). Currently, DFC Japan is reserving towers A, B, and D. However, if there are more applicants, we will also open tower C for booking.

    Rate is per person (not per room) per night. Price in USD is subject to the current exchange rate and may change.

    Breakfast included. Breakfast (buffet style) will be served in Cafeteria Fuji (Center Tower 2F)

    All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed at designated smoking spaces in the open area outside.

    Drink vending machines and coin laundry machines are available in all towers.

    A convenience store is available in tower D.

  • Tower A - Unit Dorm

    Best for large groups.
    Single Unit Dorm -Each unit can accommodate 10-20 people, with individual rooms.
    Shared toilet, bathroom, and common area inside each unit.
