    Description
    This workshop will teach you how to breathe and use your body effectively to feel at one with the universe using horagai, the sacred conch shell at the heart of Shugendo.

  • Encountering a New Universe to Foster Evolution with Gong (90 minutes)

    This workshop offers a time for deep renewal of the mind, body, and soul through the resonant vibrations of the gong.

    Description
    Join our workshop and try on a yukata—a traditional Japanese outfit often worn at “Matsuri”. Teachers  will guide you step by step so you can enjoy wearing it easily and comfortably.

    Please come wearing a T-shirt and shorter pants or a skirt that doesn't show your ankle,so it is easy to put on the yukata.

  • The secrets of Samurai (90 minutes)

    Description
    Learn some ancient Japanese physical workout for all ages and genders so you can embody the samurai qualities in your body and realize your true potential.

  • "Tea Ceremony" and "Create Your Own Japanese Fan"

    Tea Ceremony (45 minutes)

    Description
    Experience the traditional Japanese tea ceremony in traditional Japanese tea room!

    Create Your Own Japanese Fan (45 minutes)

    Description
    Design your own uchiwa (Japanese hand fan) by decorating it with colorful chiyogami paper and writing simple Japanese characters—kanji and kana—using a brush pen.

    Description
    Find similarities and differences
    between the countries that participate and identify that we are all united in one way or another despite the clear borders we can identify in our world.

    Description
    Explore personal well-being through reflection, dialogue, and creativity. Participants will build symbols of well-being, share insights, and commit to practical wellbeing challenges for continued growth.

  • Surrender, Flow and Respond, with Nature as Nurturer (90 minutes)

    Description
    Surrender to nature soundscapes and nurture innate peace through movement, meditation, and mandala colouring. Make playful choices and then merge energies in an artistic response, linking personal flow to planetary wellbeing.
